Sweep speed

I keep reading on other forums that the Cibola and Vaquero require a slower than normal sweep speed for best results, similar to the Lobo. Does anyone have any input about this? It would seem to me that in a iron trashy site this would certainly hold true, but what about other areas without a lot of trash? Would a slower sweep speed aid in hitting deeper targets?
