There is no way goatroper won that contest fairly. If you knew this guy...well let me just say...I know him well and there is no way he won fairly. This is a guy who has found "19" CS buckles..!!!! He should be banned from any game of chance..!!! He has more dang luck than any normal human being..!!! We will let him have this one but please ban him from any future contests to give the rest of us a decent chance...
